Power Shell 2.0, one of the newest products from Microsoft, an extensible command line of Microsoft with a scripting language, is now back to Vista and XP as Power Shell went gold with the release of Windows 7 RTM.
Apparently Power Shell is already ported to Windows Vista than RC is now available on Connect, which is also a more detailed description:
